Oh, this reminded me of being in school last year and hearing my classmates and teacher insist that 180 lbs on an average-heighted man was downright obese. I didn't have the heart to tell anyone in that class that I was 180 lbs at 4'11", but boy did it hurt on the inside.

Dating a really skinny boy at the time, he thought it would be 'sexy' for me to try on his boxers. NOT so sexy is what actually happened: they split right up the butt crack, which he thought was hilarious. Dropped him and (some of) my extra pounds afterward, so I guess the joke is on him. Not sure if Men's Small boxers…

If you're having difficulty getting started, try making a really small change first -- you'll be surprised how much it can make a difference! Even just trying to think of a few good things in your life can be a great start to get yourself feeling a little more positive. That can lead pretty quickly to motivation.

One thing that I really remember wasn't actually said about my weight, but done. It was 4th grade and my 'friend' at the time was drawing a picture of our group of friends. I was definitely overweight, but I'd also started 'developing' hormonally earlier than everyone else - super awkward phase for me all around. Anyway,…

As of now, having lost about 30 pounds, I've still got as much boob as I had at 180lbs. I think my band size has gone down, but the cup size has been solidly at an E. I think it just 'depends on your body's reaction to things' as well as, like other people have said, how much you work out your chest to build up the pecs…

For some reason I can't figure out how to resize that pic. D'oh. I'll reupload.

When I was in Jr. High my mom put us on a certain Magical Herbal program that severely reduced a lot of your intakes, but specifically sodium -- whenever I ate cheerios after going back on to 'regular' food, all I could taste was salt. Salty cheerios. Ew. I still can't eat them, I'm not sure if I'd still taste the sodium…

Flintstones push pops - the orange creamsicle flavour was the best thing to ever happen to me when I was a child.

My bf didn't actually say he could tell I'd lost weight until about 25 pounds in -- what other people said is true, though. My mom (who has also struggled with weight issues for a long time) notices when I drop even five pounds, I think. Lol.

My lower back pain has really subsided since I started losing weight - probably a combo of me working out more frequently and getting my back muscles into shape.

Power shake! Genisoy vanilla protein powder, 1 cup of skim milk, a handful of spinach and a 1 cup of frozen blueberries. It turns an unappetizing grey colour, but it's delicious!

This sounds awesome! Oops, just saw Ravenclaw isn't open anymore. Hufflepuff works!

^^ This, this, this! I just finished a full-time practicum and worked weekends, and I found this was the easiest way to go about things. I still do pretty much the same thing: make my breakfast and lunch options for the week on Sunday, and then plan my evening meals on one of those handy 'stick to your fridge' planners.…

Red beans and rice! This recipe is very good: http://www.slenderkitchen.com/sunday-slow-cooker-red-beans-and-rice/ and when I eat with some avocado, it clocks in around 27g of fiber per serving. Pretty good, I think.

Strawberry rhubarb tea + hot milk = instant pie craving relief. I'm thinking about mixing the tea in with some greek yogurt and freezing it to make frozen yogurt.

4'11" here, heaviest around 185...now hovering somewhere around 159 and having a really hard time getting lower than that! Goal weight is around 130, higher than my 'recommended weight for height', but I think that's kind of B.S. anyway as I have a pretty large frame. Started losing seriously in Jan of this year.
