Not peacocking so much as something that I remembered that was awesome ... there was a guy at the gym that I called "Blade guy" because he had the full-on Wesley Snipes blade fauxhawk with big tribal tattoos and dude was ripped AF. He was amazing. One thing I don't get that I think I've seen once or twice is someone…

2 tires and a chihuahua!

Hi there! I'm always open to new friend requests, and I have an open diary if you're looking for food ideas! Just remember that things will go at the pace that's best for your body, and try not to get frustrated <3

I do, but I'll often leave 200-300 calories of 'flex' left in my day in case I end up eating cookies a co-worker brings into work or something in the middle of the day, so I don't go home and end up not having enough 'room' for the dinner I planned.
-
Not 'weird', but I've been guilty of eating jelly beans for lunch.
-
You can feel free to add me. I've got an open diary, and I'm 4'11".
-
You can add me! I'm 26, 4'11", currently somewhere between 140-142. I'm looking to get to around 130, and to actually be exercising a few times a week. Full-time desk job and a boyfriend who doesn't work out, naturally!
-
I'm down to the last ten as of my weigh-in last week (although I bloated up some this week as it's TOM)! Feel free to add. :)
-
I'm 4'11" here - currently 145lbs, goal of 130lbs. I might end up dipping into the 120lb area, but the 130lb is going to be my stop-point for now.
-
I'd say between 7-9 months.
-
I lose weight like the ****ens in my abdomen/waist, but the weight on my upper arms is just finally starting to come off.
-
I might have to!

Cucumber. The biggest, nastiest devil food in my childhood other than celery -- I'm starting to enjoy it on sandwiches and in vermicelli bowls, still not a huge fan of it by itself. Oh- and canned tuna. As a kid I wouldn't touch the stuff, now it's cheap and delicious protein.
-
I dunno, their gingerbread oreos last year were really delicious.
-
Oh. My. Goodness.
-
4'11" over here, close enough to 5'...right? ;) I eat a baseline of 1300-1400 calories a day, and usually eat back my exercise calories (although admittedly other than walking I am not very active). I lose an average of 10 pounds every 3 or so months, it seems.
-
25, 4'11", just passed my 105th day of logging! I have an open diary and log every day, anyone can feel free to add me! I try to respond to questions and feedback on my timeline in a swift manner, and I use lots of healthy recipe websites to vary my cooking.

Dairy Queen Banana Split for dinner -- it has bananas in it and those are a Real Fruit (TM), right? I think we all have those days, lol.

I've been on both escitalopram/Cipralex and citalopram/Celexa, each for about a year - I switched from Cipralex to Celexa because I was even lower energy than I was when I was depressed taking Cipralex. When I started Celexa at the 20mg dosage, I started getting terrible headaches - they disappeared when I was swapped down…

I just spent a few minutes trying to think of a clever "he's lost OVER 9000 'insert weight measure here'!!!" joke... and I failed. ):
-
Okay, everyone here is doing better than I am, lol! I just passed my 30 pound mark and it's been 8 months. I eat about 1350-1400 cal/day and have an occasional cheat meal. I admittedly don't exercise as much as I should, I'm lightly active and walk around 20 minutes a day.
-
I take Krill Oil because I couldn't take the fish burps from regular fish oil! Definitely much better, no fish burps.
-
Iv'e kind of been hoping that I do drop down so I can wear 'regular' cup sizes. I'm a 34E right now, which means most of my bras are $99+.
-
My mom tried this diet for a bit too! hCG drops or something. She quit it after I pointed out she was only eating maybe 500 cal a day.
-
If you've been eating 'healthier' for the last month or so, your body might be used to a much lower sodium intake. So, overeating a little bit + a lot of extra sodium = a heck of a lot of water retention! I wouldn't be too worried about it, just make sure to drink lots of water over the next few days.

4'11", wrist size is 6.5 inches. Ayup, welcome to my healthy Ukrainian-French 'large' frame.

Droool.

One of my belts needs new holes cut in it because it's TOO BIG on the smallest setting! YIPPEEEE!

I've had some success with drinking 'desserty' flavoured teas instead of pigging out on junk food. David's Tea (Canada) has a lot of really yummy ones, and they're usually between 0-10 calories.
