Are you staying within your calories? I know I could eat well over 1200 in "healthy" food without blinking if I wasn't counting everything.

1200 (without exercise) over here too. Do you guys regularly go over your 12 if you have burned some extra? I try not to just for the sake of doing so.

They're good if you use cooking spray too instead of oil:)

I eat an eggbeater omlette with veggies, ham and salsa cooked with cooking spray just about every day. Check the nutrition label on this product, very healthy.

I just started on here and my target # is also 1200. I earn about 260 calories with exercise per day and usually find that I don't feel the need to "eat them back". I haven't purposely made myself stay at the 1200 mark, but haven't felt the need to go over except once. In the past when I've dieted, I've set my limit at 900…

I just quit again on May 13th. I find jogging reduces that twitchy feeling and of course it helps keep the weight down.

Thanks. I think I'm going to foregoe it for now and just use the one at the in-laws here and there. I've noticed I feel really positive lately, eating "good" and exercising. I'd hate to bum myself out by stepping on the scale if it's not moving quick enough for me. I did weigh myself yesterday and was pleasantly surprised…
