Just think about it this way: Get 3 (10 pound) bags of potatoes and walk around with them. The three bags represent the weight that you no longer carry with you. And like the poster above said, a lot of us do have some resemblance or trace of body dysmorphia (even without an official diagnosis) so what you are feeling is…

Have you ever tried the Siggi's brand Greek yogurt? Ingredients: Pastuerized skim milk, organic agave nectar, passion fruit/pomegranate (the flavor that I chose), live cultures. This flavor is 5.3 oz (typical size) and 100 calories, O fat, 11 grams carbs, 14 grams protein and their cows are rBGH free! Yummy

I love Sargento's reduced fat cheddar cheese sticks with sugar snap peas (about 100 calories combined for one serving each) or jack links tender beef "chunks" (70 kcal per 1 oz which averages 4-5 pieces)

(lol) But it's all a moot point. Juicing and…

Motivation comes from determining what really matters to you. Each of us will have a different motiving factor based on our own personal goals and aspirations. So I would suggest when you have some "free time" that you sit down and make a list of the things that really matter to you; the things that you value most in life…

Sw - 256 Cw - 201 Gw - 180 (just now anyway) Height - 5ft 5 Sedentary If you are going to be doing your routine 3 x/week you need to change your activity level. I would also suggest increasing # reps to 12-15 and ensuring that you do at least 30 min cardio ( I think yours added up to 30 min exactly). Just curious was your…

In looking at your mucle pic I would venture to say that you might be gaining muscle. Take a look at Anowa Adja (the Nigerian powerhouse) she is SOLID muscle and not afraid to say that she weighs over 200#. I would never have believed until i saw her step on the scales. You should be able to google her; she has fitness…

In your case it may be a bit of trained and natural behavior. I say this because at 1700 calories you are consuming ~25% of your calories from carbs (a very low amount). The typical "healthy" recommendation is no lower than 30% carbs, or 128 gm carbs in your case of 1700 calories. Your body is probably craving carbs…

I don't think it came off as mean, I just took it as you venting and expressing your opinion about this particular challenge. This should indeed be a voice your opinion or to vent, rant or rave as long as what you say is not offensive. I've attempted it before and I didn't get offended. I won't do it again though because…
