Start by changing one thing at a time. If I had just told my family we are changing the entire way we eat, everyone would have been mad at me. If I change 1 or 2 things here and there, it's done and they don't really realize it's changed. Good luck!

I use the Carmel sauce and the pancake syrup. I use them sparingly. I like them. I have tried the ranch dressing and it's terrible.

I use coupons and shop sales. I never pay more than $1 a box for cereal. We have a huge stockpile of cereal. I paid .85 a box for Kashi early this summer. Check out the couponing websites. They spell out exactly where to get the coupons and how the deal works.

Please post an update on your birthday. My birthday is the next day and that is also one of my goal dates. I love to see other people's progress. It keeps me motivated. I think finding this site and looking at the progress people are making is the thing that convinced me I could do it. Go you!

Love this stuff! But I use Aldi's Sugar Free Hazelnut for 30 calories for 2 tablespoons. I measure everything.

I get the small chili which is 180 calories and use 1 packet of crackers, 25 calories. Then, I get water or a diet coke.

+1 I wear it faithfully and make sure I get my steps and calorie burn in. It pretty closely matches what I am losing, so I guess it is accurate for me. Love it!
