Also going vegan isnt necessarily guilt free. Veg farmers have to control animal pests too. I'm not vegan but eat vegan often as eat a lot of South asian meals - tasty and have a lot of pulses. It's easy to cook therefore easy to sustain over long term...

Ha ha yes! Smaller but proportionally bigger... If I was taller would look like a femme-bot :D

I lost 6 inches from my ribs but less off boobs, so 38D to 32E! Makes my norks sound huge lol!

Something like veg sambar with rice on side. Lots of vegan options in Indian food...

Curries and chillis are your friend here. I get through tonnes of veg making batch veg 'bases' then adding either more veg to the sauce or small bits of meat, beans etc. I hate texture of celery but in a slow cooked with onion, bell peppers and tomatoes then whizzed up with chilli spices you'd never know ;-)

Buscopan is pretty easy to get hold of and is especially useful for lower digestive cramps, but any doubts it's more than that would see doctor.. Hope you feel better soon!

I was vegetarian for 15 years or so but slackened off when organic/free range became easier to get hold of. I did find though issues in being able to digest meat at first, like I had lost the enzymes to deal with it...?! I had a lot of stomach pain/discomfort eating meat but eventually went away. I prefer not to eat too…

Mine was going to be a vintage rolex when BMI under 25 but have lowered goal again to 22, only a few lbs away B) Bling bling!

I hoop to music, often to hooping goddess Grace Jones! :p When I started I thought if an older lady can hoop to 'slave to the rhythm' there was no excuse!! I can do about 30mins straight and starting to learn some tricks.

Shoe inserts didn't work at all for me, just replaced trainers with aisics motion control ones and got better quite quickly. I can't really walk miles in totally flat shoes without the odd niggle but otherwise ok. Edited to add I had it in both feet too and completely understand your pain!! Mornings were a complete…

That shed has a lovely wide door, very practical!

Tahini, lemon juice, garlic and water to slacken makes a nice dressing. Tahini is hellish calorific but I tend to use maybe 12g per serving... About 80 cals.

I would also suggest getting a cheap step tracker that synchs with MFP if you don't have one. I found fitbit to be most accurate, and you can wear all the time. Not all walks are equal in effort and the tracker will adjust calories accordingly. You might not be burning the same level of calories now than when you used your…

Mine is working again now after a few weeks of being broken. Started working around 3rd May I think..

Have an apple or two, coffee and a good walk..

This for me too, I can't seem to tolerate whey protein in shakes at all without explosive side effects! Hemp protein is ok but tastes like the '90's lol

This!! I'm mortified I actually look my age now. I used to get away as younger with a bit of chub....!

Mine is open too, 1200 and eat back exercise cals. I'm slack at logging milk in tea though so probably closer to 1300 ;) Have lost an average of 0.5 lbs per week, so no extreme dieting here...!

Have a misfit and the synching is royally messed up. Only getting my exercise credits the following day, so more or less guesstimating how much to eat. On another thread heard it should be fixed in May sometime...

Yes I do a little to specifically work my core, you can treat as more or less walking on the spot exercise wise. I do something like 10-30 mins per day always with music. Currently learning some tricks like lasso to waist and back. Checkout hoopsmiles.com for tutorials :). Happy hooping!

Losing weight and running helps, mine almost gone just by having much less fat under the skin.

I would say the range of food is wider in the UK than in U.S. in terms of fresh produce, dairy and whole food. Also a much bigger selection of artisan anything, cheese especially. The level of excess in fast food is less in UK, and there's less choice. Although you get fatty greasy food I've yet to see it on the same scale…

Echo the post above. Just weighing out what I want as portion and then putting it out of sight (cupboard) is enough for me. Think of it as spreading the love to another day!

Weight loss and running have more or less cleared my cellulite. I have a touch more podge to lose that's hanging around on my stomach and top of legs, but when my BMI got under 24 saw a huge improvement in how everything looks!
-
I have the same. Thanks for posting, thought it was just me!

Erm, eat the chocolate and cut down on everything else?
-
Absolutely this. Food will never fill whatever void is there. Get some advice from someone qualified it could change your life.

OMG this could be me! Not exactly intimidated anyone but had a co-worker tiger growl me - with full paw action lol! I was so flattered!!!

I set mine at 1200 net but know I have a margin of ~100 cals in milk etc in tea that I don't bother logging. Losing about 1 kilo per month on a good month, so very slow for me! BMI within healthy range so just vanity weight now to come off...
