I am so sorry daloverlyme. I know what your going through my fil had a stroke last year and it was touch and go for awhile we didn't know if he was going to make it. Just do the best you can and will be holding you and your family in prayer. (((Hugs)))

Quit alcohol completely for the last 4 1/2 mos. and stomach is flatter. Haven't smoked the last 4 days. Now want to get to a healthy weight.

I did a chicken stirfry last night that my family loved. Just use chicken tenders or breasts cut up veggies of your choice.
