I enjoy diet soda and have been drinking it for years. I met with two different dietitians and they did not agree on whether diet soda is good or bad. I drink in moderation and try to drink at least as much water as diet soda. Moderation is always the best route so keep drinking just pay attention to how much.

My goals are to remain under 1500 intake calories per day, and record everything I also want to walk 40 minutes per day, 5 days per week. I have no actual weight goal because that will be a product of my following my plan.I do weigh myself weekly to measure how well i follow my plan. Good Luck and keep fighting the good…

I concentrate on calories in and use my exercise calories as a benefit. If I give myself an occasional reward it can be offset by my exercising. It may work for me because I only burn about 500 calories / day with exercise.
