Wow!! Awesome --- looking great!!

My surgeon has me on 50 grams of carbs max now at six months out. Prior to that it was 30 grams of carbs max.

So awesome! Way to go!!

Like sarimc01 says, you are doing awesome! Try adding in cardio and strength training. I hate cario --- but I know that it is crucial in becoming healthier. And the strength training has really started making me feel better because I feel stronger and can see long-lost muscles. The scale may even stay the same as you lose…

Awesome! Great progress!!

Awesome! Congrats on one year anniversary. I am at six months.

I had several food funerals before surgery. And it was strange thinking that I could never eat those foods again. What I have found six months out is that I CAN eat those foods again...but I have to choose not to and focus on being constant in the program. I have been wavering and testing my limits lately and have been…

Hi! Sounds normal...I have hit many stalls since 9/18/14 when I was sleeved. I use Miralax and that helps when I need it. Just stay consistent and with your program and you will move along. Congrats on sleeve (on my birthday!)

Awesome!! You are doing great!!

You look wonderful and happy!!

I would contact your doctors (primary and surgeon) ASAP and talk to them.

I know the feeling! I can wear size 16 jeans now (down from size 24 and almost can fit in a size 14) but the other day, I still ordered a size 3x blouse which ended up being too big. My mom had given me the same blouse in another color in a size xl but I still ordered up and thought I needed to. I look in the mirror and…

Congrats on the surgery date! Best wishes.

I am six months out and my nut and surgeon want me on 600 to 800 calories with 70 grams protein.

Awesome! Way to go.

I just had my six month checkup. I mentioned that I was starting to feel really tired again (after the surgery and initial weight loss, I had seen an increase in energy levels) and I was wondering why or if it was normal. I was told to increase my water intake and up my protein. I am going to try that and see if it helps.…

I use the Misfit Shine and I love it. It looks like a watch but I can also pop out the actual device and wear it with a necklace or clasp like a more traditional pedometer. It does not take my heart rate but my phone does that.

It was hard to get liquids in for me because of nausea after surgery. I ended up staying another day to make sure I could stay hydrated enough. Sip, sip, sip --- all day. Ice chips helped a lot for me and the sf popsicles. Good luck and best wishes.

That is an awesome testament to your progress and journey!! Life throws some major curve balls but to keep your health and fitness as a priority is awesome. I still struggle with that. Things will work out --- and be better than ever expected.

Awesome! Doesn't it feel great?? I love when clothes start getting baggy --- I just picked up a couple pair of jeans in lower sizes because I use those to gauge progress as well as the scale and measuring tape. The weight training will help tone up and feeling new muscles is great as well. Keep it going!

Glad you posted that!! I was beginning to think that there was something wrong with me because I feel hungry (and meds don't do a thing about that) and I am finding that I need to eat more calories lately. I lose weight very slowly and stall often but I will take it --- still at my lowest weight since having kids!

Hang in there and get back on track with what you know. It happens to everyone ---- who ever heard of someone going crazy with broccoli, right??

Looking amazing and Happy!!

You are looking great and doing awesome! Stress makes all kinds of things happen (and not happen) and I just love it when they say "try not to stress because that will make it worse..." Duh! Losing a job is a major life event but you can get through this and you ARE getting through this and kicking butt along the way.
-
Amazingly awesome! You are looking great and very happy.
-
You look great and you can see a big difference in the pictures! Hang in there and go with what you know and you will get past the stall. Add in some exercise to help tone and boost metabolism. Best wishes!!

Way to go!! Way cool of you to keep your head on straight and not let their problems affect you.

Way to go! You look awesome and are an inspiration.

They say consistency is the key and I have found that to be true. Having said that, I still feel like a turtle but at least a turtle that keeps moving in the right direction --- albeit slowly! I have often wondered if I am the "slowest loser" instead of the "biggest loser". Hang in there --- we will do this!
