  • way to go - It is a long haul. I've lost 50 pounds since January (still have much to go). I am wearing a suit today that my husband bought for me 5 years ago. It still had the tags on it. Today it is slightly too big! We will get there. Keep up the good work. You have inspired me today! Jackie
  • try rice crackers - they are delicious, crunchy and 15 equals one serving. I usually eat 7 or 8 with my soup.
