  • No, it is NOT a bad reason to want to lose weight. At least you can do something about the reason men look right through you. I have reached the age where they look right through me and there is not a D**N thing I can do about it.
  • Everyone is different, find what works best for you. I have a "free day" every couple of weeks, usually on a Saturday. I also have a "free snack" every two or three days.   • 1200 calories a day is preferable. You don't want to go into starvation mode. You can be under 1200 occasionally, but don't make it a daily thing.
  • I make it a point to splurge once every 3 weeks or so. It has not impeded my weight loss yet and it feels like getting a reward for being a good girl. Just make sure you get right back to healthy eating tomorrow.
