That's fantastic!!! I lost about 20 lbs in my first few months. I reached my ultimate goal so quickly, I had to lower it! Now I'm working towards another 20 lbs and in desparate need of motivation! Feel free to add me! :o)

Ugh mine too! I hate that! I was used to losing about 2lbs a week, and then I got on the scale and had GAINED 3 lbs. I was so mad, and then I thought, ohhhh this is water weight. I love being a girl. :o\ Hopefully, we will be pleasantly surprised on Sunday when the effects of TOM are over. Stay on track! I got your back!

Just finished the first run and I'm feeling exhilarated! I'm going to try to pace myself. Before this I was "walk/jogging" every day for the calories burned. I like Florence and the Machine, G Love and the Special Sauce, and OK GO. Also, The Lazy Song by Bruno Mars is just ironic enough to make me laugh while I'm jogging.
