I'm Siv from Norway. October did't turn out like hoped, so jump into it and try again. Going for 100 mile again (or 170 km as I will be using) and at least 5000 steps pr day. This challange is such a great motivation

Here in northen part of Norway we are still blessed with great weather. Cold though and can be a little icy on the roads and pats. Here in North Norway we have had really great weather the last days. Not super warm though, still walking in the evening with no rain or wind, mister moon lighting up my path and lady northen light vawing down at me. I just love it :) Hehe and my dog love it too since the walk often become a little longer at days like that…

In a Norwegian forum I'm in around half of the memembers say exercise have lower their pain. Not in first though after 3-4 month were the pain have been worse than normal they have got a better everyday life due to exercise. I hope the day will come for me too.
