exercise wise I have made the goal so far this week. Non exercise on the other hand ... I sure have to work on getting earlyer in bed, have under 7 hour sleep for 3 Nights now O.o Weggies and fruit is okey and Yeah have to work on the relaxing part too :p

I do like this Challenge Had 80 min of hiking in deep snow yesterday. So pling on the exercise Challenge- Not sure how much a cup is ...
