I can even remember what my goal for July was . . . as of yesterday I am at 172.91 miles I am going to shot for 230, that means I need to average 7.11 miles a day for the rest of the month.

I've done some definite slacking this month! (and the past week of logging!) I'm so far from any of my goals!! #1 goal right now is to beat June - that was 82 miles, I believe. In the days I'm about to log, I had the fitbit off for most of one day (dead) and then on Saturday, we swam at a party for a 2 year old, so I feel like I had more activity than appears. Still, I know I'm not doing what I should be!

Some how I have misplaced the charger to my Samsung watch, looked all around but no Luck finding it. So my steps all come from what my cell is picking up. And I really not having it on my all the time.
In total I had 85020 steps/6 073 a day, 63,9 km/4,56 km a day (same as 38,91 miles/2,78 miles a day) til 15th
Counting yesterday I'm up in
186 611 steps/6435 a day, 140,81 km/4,85 km a day (same as 87,50 miles/3 miles a day)
So far it seems I will manage my goal at more then 6000 steps a day, but the goal on 170 km / 100 miles will be hard. I will do my best and then I always have NeXT month

Hang in there, it is frustrating when you don't have your step counter, but please don't sweat it. there is always tomorrow, next week and next month. As long as you are moving!!

I feel like I'm sabbotaging (sp?) myself. Everytime I set a goal, it seems that I drop lower in my steps.
It's been a horrible week! We've had so many call outs at work that I'm in overtime today, with my regular shift, and have to work an extra shift tomorrow too. I've been going home and dropping like a fly! I'm going to do my best today to pull ahead of my boyfriend in our weekly challenge and to hit a decent # for today to finish July strong.
