  • if you buy some frozen chicken breasts or thighs and cook them in the crockpot with some salsa and tomato sauce and seasonings you can have shredded chicken for tacos or burritos for many people or for yourself for several days :P the chicken should reheat well and can always be added to other things to change it up :)
