I'd like to know too. I always see people in the gym were like 3 layer of clothes to make them sweat harder, I and I've always wondered if it actually makes the burn higher.

Checking in! I tried a new exercise yesterday and I'm so excited about it! I got on the stairmaster machine!!! Those things are so intimidating, but I did it! WEEEE!!!! I think Friday I'm gonna try out a spin bike! Oh how exciting!

Walmart is just about the only place I can find with decent Sports bras in my size. I wear a DDD or F (depending on the store and bra). When I work out I have to wear 2 sports bras, it's a but of a drag, but it really helps keep them out of my way, and supports my back. Good luck!

Dance Central is the best game in all the land. It's very fun, and it's easy to get people to do it with you. I suggest you download the free trials (you need xbox live) and see which one you like best, but just so you know, Dance Central is a little addicting!

I don't swim much anymore (funny, 'cause I'm a lifeguard...) but I do A LOT of water workouts. I do water jogging and water aerobics 3 times a week. It's a really great burn (if you do it right) and you sweat less. (If you've never sweat doing water aerobics, you're probably doing it wrong).

I think a cheat day is totally ok, as long as it doesn't happen more than once a week AND if it doesn't completely ruin all the hard work you did that week.
