Yeah, I'd say about 3-4 of the zeros come from people who didn't lose. Popcorn! Popped myself, not from a bag, with no butter on top, but a low sodium seasoning. It's about 170 calories, and it's very filling, sometimes it takes me 30 mins to finish it.

I have the same concern. I don't even know what my current size is, the last time I was measured was about 3 years ago and I was around 50DDD I think. That size is no longer accurate 'cause I've been "overflowing" a DDD cup for about a year now. I'm hoping that with weight loss I wont get smaller than a D cup. I know that…

Honestly, it depends on how much weight you have total to lose. I lost 20 lbs, and I see almost no difference at all, but that's because I've gone from 375 to 355, not that much of a difference right? But if you're going from say, 190 down to 170, you'll see MUCH more of a difference. Good luck on your journey. =)

I based my goal weight on what the health weight range is for my height. I put it at the higher end because I know that I don't want to be below 130 (I'm 5'8).
