  • I sort of lost direction the past two weeks; ate too much and moved too little. Back on course as of today...
  • I beat my August goal by 1 pound. I would have done better had it not been for excess adult beverages on weekends. I'll work on that in September. Thanks degeoreff and everyone. It's a huge help to have a community.
  • Hit my goal of 192 for the month! I'm on a roll, so I'm pressing for 190. Other goals: 1) drink 64 ounces of water every day - I've missed this by maybe 16 ounces on a few days - I just need to make sure I drink some at least every couple of hours; 2) eat no fries - I caved and ate 8 or 10 fries at lunch last weekend…
