Clocked another mile today on my cross trainer. 6.75 miles so far.

Walked today as it was too hot for anything else. Logged in just over 3/4 mile.

Today I did walking and managed 2 miles.

I think I may have been a bit ambitious so would like to ammend my challenge - change from 100 miles to 40 miles. That way I can see how much I can managed and progress from there. Thanks. Hoping I've done the ticker correctly so I can update it automatically.

Please add me in - this will be my first time and it will be a combination of elliptical, rowing maching and bicycle. I am going to aim for 100 miles and see how far I manage this month.

My hubby installed a home gym in our basement for me so I can not only lose weight but regain health and strength. He also purchased an adult tricycle for me so I could get back to bike riding. I have a neurological condition that affects balance and coordination so I haven't been able to bike ride in years! Just took it…
