I think rabbitjb nailed it as far as the withdrawal part goes. Personally I would hazard a guess that you probably have your calorie deficit set too high, here is a link for figuring out an appropriate calorie intake... http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/819055/setting-your-calorie-and-macro-targets/p1

I don't see why "being young" is a requisite for being "half-naked and "flirting" with you or something?" but the rest is true.

Hit the settings tab followed by the diary settings tab, you will see the option at that point. Might have to do it on a PC though, don't know about the app.

First off I would open your diary so people can help with a bit more information. Secondly MFP default calorie allotment and macro distribution is pretty naff so I recommend using this link to get a better recommendation... http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/819055/setting-your-calorie-and-macro-targets/p1…

In regards to the bolded quote, did your doctor say this after at least doing the bare minimum such as checking your Blood pressure, cholesterol levels, pulse, blood work (blood sugar levels) if not I recommend that you get a proper medical or a second opinion. Not trying to be an alarmist just trying to help you have a…

Amazing work OP! Great transformation and thoroughly enjoyed reading about your experience thus far. Kudos to Patrick as well.

I commend you OP for wanting to lift, and as mentioned by others it is a marathon not a sprint. patience is key. I do not want to make any assumptions but based upon your current weight have you been medically checked to see if strenuous exercise is suitable at this stage? such as a stress test-An exercise stress test is…

I'm not getting drawn into a ethical debate about veganism (because it's never ending) but your response made me think of this... https://youtu.be/FQMbXvn2RNI

Actually even though this was a humorous response there is some truth to be gleaned from it. Since veganism is a restrictive diet, you will find your options for already prepared food limited to a degree. So if for instance your weight gain (calorie surplus) was highly contributed to by lets say takeaway food, you would be…

Sorry are you calling me a Jerk? I was unaware of the response from the Runner mentioned (Tony Posnanski) till now. Yes I can see Tony's reasons for being upset after reading his response (http://theantijared.com/2014/03/man-judged-westview-track.html) but I was ignorant of the fact that he felt this way and this is the…

I think the bolded part should be the reasoning behind your choice to be vegan. Calorie deficit is what is required to lose weight, doesn't matter what your dietary preference is you will always gain weight at a calorie surplus. From my personal experience I have been an overweight vegan and an extremely in shape vegan, it…

We should be concerned about... Dihydrogen Monoxide (DHMO) Dihydrogen Monoxide (DHMO) is a colorless and odorless chemical compound, also referred to by some as Dihydrogen Oxide, Hydrogen Hydroxide, Hydronium Hydroxide, or simply Hydric acid. Its basis is the highly reactive hydroxyl radical, a species shown to mutate DNA,…

Moderation is the word of the day. OP it saddens me to think you would remove yourself from quality moments such as birthday celebrations, romantic restaurant meals or just going out for fun. Find some balance in your life and learn to factor in such outings.

Congrats on the loss and here is to being consistent and patient. Large losses are not unusual at the beginning as a lot of it will be water weight, food in your belly etc but it is still a great start and not to be taken for granted. Here is a link that will help you along the way...…

Form check not uncommon, but unsolicited touching after you have told him to back off isn't. Tell him firmly that it is not acceptable (doesn't matter how awesome a trainer he is) he needs to be put in his place. Report him if it continues. Yes I read you don't want to create trouble but imagine it was your daughter (if…

You can't spot reduce fat and I don't understand how the macro distribution you've described would cause you to achieve that.
