I AGREE with her I actually have only been drinking water and milk for the last 2 months minus ONE time at the movies I had some sprite, water may not have "flavor" but ice cold water is the most refreshing thing EVER...and your body would agree whether you think so or not.

I would say if your over 80 lbs overweight it could be do able just because the bigger you are the more you burn but when you get to that last 20 healthy is probably like 5-8lbs in a month

Its said that its BEST to work out first thing in the morning before breakfast and then eat so your body is burning calories its taking from your body not the food. but I use to work out from 11-2am at a 24 hour gym and I lost weight just fine, Now I work out after work around 5-6pm

Im 5'9'' with a med/large frame so my "healthy weight" is 150ish, thats what my BMI calculator said

If the packets you use such as Crystal Light have calories which they do, I would make sure to add that to calorie counter and I wouldnt add it as water because when their is additives in your water it isnt water its a flavored drink. personal opinion.. I only drink water and milk now

You bite it, You write it......I track everything even a piece of gum but when it comes to exercise I dont try and add every little movement I do to get extra calories. I only track when I do something like 30min of bicycling etc....and I do not eat the calories it gives me for excercising....

It always tells me if everyday were like today Id weigh 172lbs (ish) in 5 weeks and thatd be AMAZING lol thats 20lbs so I worry it might be getting my hopes up...are you drinking plenty of water? im always over 10cups of water (only beverage i drink other than milk now) and what is a typical food day for you?

I agree lol, When ppl ask me my weight and I tell them to guess they guess like 150 and that is less than my goal of 155, and have over 30lbs to lose

I have kind of the opposite problem, I have become obsessed with staying UNDER my calorie count and I dont eat extra the days I work out, yesterday I ate about 800-900 calories =/ I only drink water or milk and eat mostly chicken and fruit....I am a picky eater so I dont like many healthy foods like salad and subs, love…

@Rudybelle I think your right, he had mentioned my "encouragement" made him feel like I was trying to be his mom and nag so I stopped and I will just have to let him worry about himself and continue to worry about myself. Whether hes10-60lbs overweight I will still love him just want him to truly be happy...Thanks yall
