I'm relatively new to the site as well. I have the tendency, to start something and then quit it. I've been trying to shed 30lbs for a while now but I find that I'm not staying motivated. Maybe we can help each other out. Good luck!

Hi Liz! I'm with you!!!! I've tried this weight loss thing over and over again. Hopefully I will succeed this time. I weighed in at 163.8 Monday and want to get down to 135 by summer!
