Hi Tashaa, You can do whatever you put your mind to do. Sometimes your body will tell you that you want to eat this or that...but you must be more powerful than your desires. Stay within your caloric intake and start moving. Start by walking a few minutes a day and each week add more minutes to your walk.

Try drinking in smaller amounts (sipping) throughout the day. I've notice that when I gulp down water I have to go more often. Keep up with the water. It helps to regulate the body. I feel a difference when I cut back for a day or two. I tend to get tired more quicker when exercising.
