This I used to hate zucchini and eggplant but I`ve gotten to really like them after getting used to them in other foods.

My girl loves these peppermint flavoured cookies. Apples and carrots are okay, but nothing like the peppermint cookies.

My mom just lost 12lbs without counting calories. She cut back on portion sizes, cut back on alcohol and became more active. I have terrible will power and can eat my weight in junk food in a sitting, so counting calories has been helpful so I can get into a routine with my food.

I just did my first this last weekend. Did the Spartan Race in Vancouver. Had an awesome time and I've already signed up for another one for the end of September. Can't wait!

Does the stable you're at allow you to bring in your own trainer? If they do you could find a western dressage trainer in the area and they could come to you. Your barn isn't alone in thinking that just because the horse has a western saddle on it means it being ridden 'western'. Drives me a bit nuts, but what can you do.

Yup, make sure you double check your goals. For my first couple days I was struggling to even eat half of what it wanted me to after exercise. I didn't realize that I put my starting weight at 183 (correct) and my goal at 365, instead of 165. Glad I caught it after only a couple days. That could have been disastrous!

Why not start running a little? As long as you're currently in pain go for it! (Back to walking if any pain comes back) You don't have to run far or fast. I hated running until I started running on the trails. I found just running along a sidewalk (or worse, the treadmill) was just too tedious. Once I started going out on the trails I was hooked!
