Depending on where the injury is you can still exercise. Lower body injury? Work out your upper body and vice versa. And like others have said it's all about the food. It sucks when things so down, but don't get discouraged. Progress is still progress :)

I wish my grocery store had this problem! I'd make a fortune! At the store I go to you have to put a looney in the cart to get it to unlock, when you put the cart back you get your dollar back.

I've lost about 10lbs and have about 10 more to go and I don't see it affecting the tattoo on my ribs. Though I carry most of my weight on my lower body. I'm using the next tattoo I want as motivation to get to my goal weight.

I like running on the trails too. Way more fun for sure. I've found that as long as I'm moving fast enough they don't bother me, even when I'm running around this pretty still lake that is like Disneyland for mosquitoes. Curious to see what works for other people though.

I've felt way better since I've cut out meat. If you really do want to stop eating it way not start slowly? Also, you may want to try it for more than just a couple days before deciding its not for you. Give your brain and body time to adjust and find some delicious recipes and after a while you won't miss or feel like you…

This Exercise and diet will help. I've also had luck with the Nivea Q10 gel (when I'm good about applying it daily) But don't worry about it. Most people have at least a bit of it.

Lasik in one eye, and PRK in the other. Had to get the PRK because of a super minor complication o0n the day of my surgery. Whoops, pressed Post before I was done. The exercise calories on here I think I ridiculously generous. I just got back from a 5.5 hour hike, I only wrote in that I was hiking for 4 hours, and it said I burned over 2,000 calories. I call BS.
