COOKIES!!!! But cookies made out of mashed bananas, unsweetened apple sauce and oats. I also add crushed walnuts and dried cranberries. Delicious! Easy to eat on the go, and you can make big batches at once so you can have them ready for the whole week.

I do air-popped popcorn with coconut oil and my own homemade seasoning, so it's chemical free :)

Pretty much. The guy is a quack. Every week he claims to have found the lost berry that makes you slim and fit as soon as you eat it.

Personally, I just prefer this "clean-eating" stuff because I'm aiming to improve my overall health, not just lose weight. But that's just me.

I've found it helpful to find healthier alternative to my favourite foods. For ice cream I take some bananas, water and almond milk, blend them up and put them in the freezer. In a few hours I have delicious ice "cream". My worst habit has always been chips and cheesies. Like eat two of the giant party sized bags in a day…

My favourite is to either grill them or cook them in a wok, with balsamic, garlic and a tiny bit of olive oil. Delicious! Or keep them raw and throw them in with a salad.
