Drink massive amounts of water jk just drink lots of it, getting a massage (or foam roll), bathe in Epsom salt, do some light activity like walking, and stretching. What I do most of the times is I take Glutamine pre, intra, and post workout to speed my recovery. Here is an info about it…

You could've started your weight loss journey earlier (for the wedding), because you can get a dress you're happy to wear. Now, you will feel pressured to lose weight (in unhealthy way) to fit into a smaller dress you bought. My apologies if I kinda sound mean but if I am in your position. I will start 4 or 6 months ahead…

I love lifting as well and will continue till I die!!!!!

My turn on is when a man is wearing jeans, no shirt, and with a hat on (cowboy hat or normal hat). I am weird like that also I like being the dominant one ^_6 *whipping noise* lol not joking though ^_^

I feel the same way too almost everyday. When I go outside, people tell me I look fit. But when I look at myself in the mirror, I see all the negative things I see (not the positive ones). I have low self esteem and need to fix it in order to love myself. ^_^

I tried keto before and it worked well (I stopped keto though). Anyway, your carbs is too high and need to lower it down. Now, you need to make your fat intake higher than protein (do not lower your protein too much though). The reason why protein can't be too high is if you take excess amounts of it. Your body will go…

What I do is I eat 6 meals a day. I am on a 1500-1600 (depends on my energy expenditure). I then spread out my calories for the entire 6 meals. I hate veggies so I eat whole grains like quinoa, black rice, whole grain bread, whole wheat tortilla, and my protein intake is pretty high per meal. I try to keep my fats around…

Feel freeeee to add me. I will be your motivator! =^w^=

Do not panic you are probably just gaining muscle. If you are new to weightlifting, you gain muscle faster than a person who has been lifting for years (People who are new to lifting gain muscle faster and over time it slows down). Plus, salt intake and carbohydrate intake can make your weight fluctuate due to water…

You can go to Costco and buy the already cooked hard boiled eggs. There are 6 boiled eggs per packet. If you get bored with it, there is an already cooked Shrimps in a bag at costco as well. In addition, you can get Chicken tenders in a bag. It is cheap, faster at thawing, and faster to cook (just put the chicken in a…

Add me so I give you the motivation you need ^_^ I will be your CHEERLEADER WOOOOH!

Woah! Your calorie is way too low unless your height is close somewhere 4'0". If not then it is way too low Raquel, your body will go in defensive mode. You will lose lean body mass unless that is your goal.

Arditarose is right. You cannot spot reduce. You have to lose your overall body fat percentage in order to lose the belly fat. When you lose fat, your body decides where it will come off first (it depends from person to person). When I lose weight, I lose it in my face first, second legs, third is arms, fourth is my back,…

5'1" and my calorie intake is 1500. My goal is to lose 2 lbs per week. Last week, I lost 6lbs. I don't want to lose so many lbs in a week. Depending on this week I will increase it to 1600 or more.

I started when I joined the Army which was in 2011. I used to do my Physical Training (PT) 4-5 miles running and do body weight exercises every other day at 0630 Mon-Fri. Now, I've switched off to weightlifting and been doing it for 1.5 years. I lift weights 5-6 days per week consistently (ever since I started). I throw…

If I want certain foods like pizza or burgers, I always find a healthy alternative for it (that is just me). It is enough to satisfy my cravings while I wait for my cheat meal (every two weeks only). If I gave in to my cravings, I am going to eat unhealthy everyday.

I think the protein powder you chose doesn't taste that good. I am currently taking Optimum Nutrition Hydrowhey in Turbochocolate flavor. It taste so damn good by itself and even better with almond milk (it taste heavenly by the way). You can try Intek Evolution whey protein too. Their flavors are out of this world.

I do not allow myself to do a "cheat day" anymore. I only allow myself with a "cheat meal". If I am craving Panda Express, I get orange chicken with rice in my cheat meal (which is every two weeks for me). I have learned the hard way in my cheat days, because I end up compromising a lot of things.

It's just me but I have tried to use a lot of fad diet plans. It always lead me to failure, because I go back in my old ways. In order to lose the weight permanently, you must be willing to change your lifestyle permanently.

Zumba the most fun cardio I've done. Unfortunately, you have to be in a caloric deficit to lose weight. If you are not losing any weight, you are eating way too much calories. Find filling foods like whole grains, vegetables, and lean proteins then adjust your calories.
-
It doesn't work caloric deficit does. You know what the slimming belt only do. It disengage your ab muscles when you workout.
-
If I am craving some things, I make a healthy recipe similar to it.
