  • switch oatmeal for whole rolled oats (no sugar added!) and cut back on fruit. there are peanut butters out there will little sugar (but the ones lower in fat have high sugar content) and limit to 2 servings of fruit a day. Say 1 banana and 6 cherries. I guess you don't want to go the 'fake' sugar route? Not a 'healthy'…
