I have both but if you get just one, get the eliptical... You can always hoof it outside.

Did you lose weight without strength trng? Try lifting weights to tighten up. Depending on your age, skin should still be elastic but you may have stretch marks.

Just wondering why you can walk at 7% incline but not use eliptical? Wouldn't the incline pretty much work same miles as eliptical? To answer your question yes. You will have a higher burn with a higher incline (resistance) but also if you increased the speed.

What do you mean by easy? I don't think it is easy even for Natalie. If you can do all the moves without taking a break then you're getting the workout in full. Read marathon rookie. A friend led me to it when I trained for a 1/2 last year. I found that I needed something at 6+ miles to keep me going.

I had those but learned how to breathe and they won't away. Make sure you establish a full inhale and exhale rythym.

C25k is good tool. If you want to be less rigid, just go as far as you can at a comfy pace mark that (time s better than distance) then do better in a couple of days or week. little improvements are a must.
