I have the same one, and it does the same things you are saying! It's always been super annoying, but I guess I never thought about that. I'll have to do the weights thing I guess.

Hello! We seem to be in about the same boat. I've got a lot to lose, and have been this way seemingly my entire life. I know it may be for the wrong reasons, but I want a boyfriend so bad lol! Anyways feel free to add me!

These are so cool! I mean obviously getting healthy is a reward in itself, but it's nice to do extra things for your new rockin bod! Keep up the great work everybody!

I am a nursing student and the textbooks literally say that if you need to lose weight or lower your blood sugar that artificial sweeteners are the way to go if you can't stop altogether which most soda addicts like myself can't.

Try closing both apps and then open fitbit first and then try MFP (like all the way closing). I have this problem all of the time it can be really frustrating. That's the only thing I've found that works.

Awesome! You look amazing!

I think this is an excellent question! I second this!

Hello! Feel free to add me although I don't always eat the best things as long as it fits. For valentine's day I'm going to olive garden and am going to have baked tilapia and shrimp with white wine sauce, so I'm seriously looking forward to it! Haha I do all those techniques too, but sometimes I just have to chow down! lol

Sometimes I do but I just mean that it's at least a few hours before bed, but even on rest days. I've also known two other friends that seemed to have problems sleeping when beginning exercise so I was just wondering if it was related.

My favorite sport's bras come from Lane Bryant and they work fine for me... plus they're always super cute!

I've always been overweight so yes I'm looking to lose... A lot I don't even like to think about the large number just smaller goals.
-
Yes! The scale is a dirty rotten liar! I have not gone down any this week, but I totally look and feel a lot better, so that is all that I care about.
-
I haven't lost very much, but my shirts have now quit popping up over my pants where my stomach is. I used to hate that very much!

I guess I "cheat meal" all the time because I like food just as long as I've worked out enough. Some days though I cheat and don't workout ;) still losing weight though! Also I'm pretty sure that's how weight watchers works they give you extra weekly points to use as long as you use them in that week.
-
I totally understand you though! After all my hard work I want something to look different or people to notice me. What I usually do is look at a picture of me from my highest weight, and be happy that I can tell myself that I don't look like that anymore even if it's just slightly. Keep going, and be happy about different…

Ok well I have an appointment with my asthma dr in march, so I guess I'll ask him then. Thanks guys!

Oh yeah it goes away after a few days without a workout or if I'm swimming, but it's winter lol. I'm pretty sure it has to do with my asthma, and not breathing as deeply as I maybe should. I was just wondering if there was like any exercise to strengthen this area or something.

When you say physical assessment what do you mean? I mean I have to get a physical once a year for school, and nobody has ever said anything.

It's not there if I don't work out, but when I start working out say for a few weeks it will be there for days when I'm not even currently working out. I run on the elliptical, but I run on the lowest setting :/ And yes it is on the right side.

You should try looking at fitness blender on youtube. They recommend a mix of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Low resistance cardio and strength training. You must do full body strength training it is amazing! I try to swim or walk or something everyday, and then do HIIT twice a week and Strength on M W and F. Hope…

I don't know if I can help you, but I can feel your pain. I'm only 21 years old and a nursing student for crying out loud. I was diagnosed with it on the day before the 4th of July where I had to go visit friends and family the next day, and I felt like crying the whole day. It's actually not that bad I'm on the lowest…

You can add me! I'm a nursing student and decided that I needed to be healthier to be able to tell other people to be healthier.

Water and honeydew melon YUM!

I'm getting almost towards the end of The Wise Man's Fear by Patrick Rothfuss. It is really good, but I just haven't felt like reading lately for some reason.

I sprained my ankle multiple times so much that the doctor said my cartilage is stretched out. Swimming is my main source of exercise, and it still hurts every time I go swimming, but I don't really know what else to do about it. To me it's better than running though because that is a sure fire way for me to roll it again.…

180 is my number because that will be as low as I was leaving elementary school, so it's been a long time, and it doesn't even seem possible right now.

Well I don't feel bad eating 1200, and I do that because I think I underestimate my food and overestimate my workout. I go to classes a lot, so I barely have time to exercise let alone seriously measure my food, so that gives me a bit of a buffer. And actually cutting out sugary drinks cut most of the calories I had…
