If it's part of your day to day lifestyle, I'd be more inclined to change your profile from sedentary to lightly active, and not log this. It becomes a pain to log every little walk that you do as part of your exercise calories, and just changing your activity profile should cover this.

Wow, looking fantastic

The worst has been with strangers in the street shouting out things about my man boobs. That's quite humiliating. On a funnier note though, I'm able to joke with my family about it, and when I mentioned to my mother that I was considering getting a skinhead a few years back, she said to me, "Don't be ridiculous. You'd look…

Haha, and apologies if that comes across as a bit Dr. Phil :) Just my honest outlook on life though.

I had something similar with two of my closest friends at college, and I was hurt pretty badly by it. However, you know something - move on. It isn't worth wasting your time and energy on someone who doesn't have the respect for you to be themselves, regardless of any outside or social influence. There are so many amazing…

You can click on Settings at the top of the screen, and then Update Diet/Fitness Profile - you should find it in there.

Use Swype? Swype is amazing.

Hey there and welcome. The thing to keep in mind is that muscle mass is more dense than fat, and so your weight is going to be higher than someone of the same height who weighs the same but doesn't have the same amount of muscle. If you just look at BMI, most professional bodybuilders would be classed as obese. My…

Things I've found makes a huge difference in only eating until you're full is the following: - When you eat, eat only. Don't watch TV, surf the net, read a book or anything else while you're eating. - Chew your food thoroughly. Eat your food slowly, and make sure that you chew it properly before swallowing. There's no need…

Agreed to the taking things in moderation posts. It shouldn't be every day, but completely depriving yourself of things you want is a good way to get frustrated and fall off the wagon. Reading a book by Tom Venuto at the moment, and he has the concept of 90/10 - eating healthy and nutritious food 90% of the time, and…

Welcome back, and good luck with the goals. Sending you a friend request to offer support if you need it :)

Yep, also a gamer. Started back on a mono BBC Model B playing a Pong clone back in 1980 or so, then moved up to a ZX Spectrum 128k +2, and moved my way through systems to a PC, PS3, Wii and 3DS at the moment. Have been a big WOW player, but haven't really logged on for about 3 months or so - been taking a break to play…

No piercings, but 3 tattoos, and just found the design for my next one. Want to make the booking in the next couple of days

Love this article - thanks for posting. I'm a big fan of Tom Venuto's stuff, and this makes a lot of sense.

Agreed, I think the shoulder length seems to suit you a little more

As I'm only 2 weeks in and 2.2 kg down, continue doing what I'm doing :)

How many calories are you eating, and are you eating your exercise calories? It's possible that your body is going into a starvation response and is slowing your metabolism and burning muscle instead of fat to try and cope with the lowered calorie intake?

Hey, and welcome! I'm also a fellow asthma sufferer although I haven't had the same symptoms you're describing. I admit though that since I've been eating healthier, I've definitely found it making a difference to my breathing. Feel free to add me as a friend if you'd like some support and motivation :)
