First and foremost, you should see a doctor. But I think you may have IBS D. Stress is a huge trigger, also watch your gluten, wheat and diary intake. With IBS its not the lactose that sets you off, its usually the milk protein. Also watch your fat intake(mainly saturated fat intake) and look into antispasmodic medication…
