if you go to "my home" and click on goals, then choose "change goals" and then "custom" you can change everything :-)

I do cardio at least 5 days a week myself, whether be 5K's, treadmill, elliptical......so I am just going to take her day to day program and add cardio to it.......i'm not planning on following it exactly her way. I just need more of the WEIGHT TRAINING plan.....not the entire program. :-)

I do not RUN, but I JOG it and trust me, you will feel so empowered when you cross the line. My training and virtual 5K times have been 40m or more…

I got stalked by someone on POF......but I meant my current BF on Match.com and swear to everyone I talk to he is the LOVE of my life and SOULmate!! Love that man to pieces. So there is success out there, but it takes time and a lot of searching :-) Good Luck!

I'm with ya!! I've lost 105lbs and I am trying at my last 10. I keep fluctuating between 148 and 150! My ultimate goal is 140! I guess if I stay this weight and keep losing inches I will accept that!

I needed this post!! Thanks so much. I have recently taken up running and I often feel frustrated that I can't go "fast". But in any event, you are right, I am still running!! Thanks again for this!!

I wouldn't even worry about your sugar intake, it doesn't do damage to weight loss itself. I eat so much fruit everyday, I am over by at least 60% every single day! But I do agree with others that a 1200 calorie diet is too low if you are exercising regularly.

You can try lower impact moves. I had troubles too, knee and back pain. I tried the lower impact, but it didn't work for me, so unfortunately, i had to give it up :-( BUT everyone's body is different and can handle different exercises and things. Listen to your body!

Me too!! My favorite is their Cinnamon Raisin!! :-) But i can be pricy, so for $$ reasons, I choose peter pan whipped when I have to!
