I enjoy turkey chili in the crockpot. love to put peppers, mushrooms, onions, light and dark kidney beans, one can of tomato sauce (i use kirkland organic), one can of stewed or diced tomatos (low sodium), chili seasoning (your choice of brand), chili powder and hot sauce to taste.

I'm struggling myself. I will not give up though. I finished Week 1 Day 6 this morning, today was day 2 of physically getting sick after the workout. I'm on week 1, day 5 which I completed today. I also threw up afterwards... I've been working out for 3 years and for what I feel very intense workouts..........this is the FIRST time I have EVER been sick like that. But let me tell you, I worked my *kitten* off!! I haven't forgotten about you guys. I started Insanity saturday morning. MY legs are way to sore to run... so I have been walking on the treadmill at home. I don't log it because I am using that as a "bonus burn". But past weekend I did 7.5 miles total through the last 4 days :-)
