i have small boobs ... around 34A ... although i am not gaining anymore boobs ... doing push-ups and planks does make it perkier ... very tiny changes, but, if this continues ... then it is very good long-term =)

i do drink warm water ... and it has been good to my digestive system in general ... if i had access to fresh lemons ... it would make it sooo much better - with added vitamin c - a natural inflammatory =)

honestly .... for me ... it is swimming .... hehehe .... okay ... if i really need to choose ... it would be moderate/mild run outdoors ... not more than 30 mins. of running though ... lol my choices are based on how i know my body and what i can tolerate and my preferences =)

bottom line : simple and very real answer : diet + exercise = successful, healthy results

as your body changes due to your diet + exercise ... you will have to also adjust or tweak your work-outs and food-intake ... that's just how it goes really ... but you'll have to choose that works for you

absolutely .............. NOT ... lol .... especially good carbs from fruits, veg, oats etc. etc... it is the "amount of body-movement or calorie-burning actions" that must be practiced & partnered with a good-enough diet that works specific to your body / health ...

i won't call it "cheat" .. just an "indulge meal" that is eaten but still mindful of your macros/caloric intake ... but a medical advice says .... follow the 80/20 rule ... 80% of you total meal = healthy & 20% would be the "not-so-healthy" LOL

honestly ... i've tried ALL .... lol .... yep, there were days, when i worked out in my room naked ... commando .... then of course, the blah days with granny panties ... and then the ... thong days, where after workout, you know you're ready for your guy ... all sweaty and pumped up! ... =D

i think it is not really the high calorie intake that build muscle .... instead it is the amount of "exercise" or "resistance" that actually turns calorie or fat into muscle ....

well, if moderation is not for you --- then you know exactly what your choices are .... bad for your health -- or -- good for your health ... you decide ultimately .... and since "moderation" does not work for you .... you got nothing in-between as your choice ....

i am still working on my lower abdomen ... there is still saggy skin that needs to turn into muscle .... i notice that planks, pushups, burpees help a lot .... stair jogging too .... it burns baby ... lol
