I know this may sound stupid Chrissie but could you be doing too much exercise. Apparently muscle weighs more than fat so perhaps you are building up too much muscle. I used to exercise using cross trainer alternating it with running and never lost as much weight as I did with this DVD.

My daughter bought this DVD so I thought I'd give it a go. I did it daily for six weeks, exercise 1 for a week and so on. I then went on to vary my workouts doing 1 and 2 one day, 3 and 4 the next so I didn't get used to the routine. All in all I have now lost 12lb and gone down a dress size.
