10 years ago I was told I was the love child of Uma Thorman and Nicole Kidman. Note I was 80lbs lighter.

Wacoal works well, I am a 38 g and it holds things in place and allows you to breath. They are pricey, but worth it.

If you are on pinterest, search garbanzo bean chocolate chip cookies. They have no oil, flour or sugar. They are meant to be baked, but you could eat the dough. I think they are delicious.

I understand my portions doubled when I got married. Before I would eat with my family and each meal had to feed 8 people. After I got married I made the same amount of food for 2 people. Life is definitely a learning process.

One of my favorite for breakfast. 1/2 cup cooked quinoa, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 1 tablespoon honey. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir, cream together, enjoy.

I like truroots quinoa from Costco. 9$ a bag, A bag lasts a month or so.
