There's a Mexican slow cooker lasagna that someone posted in the recipe section that I tried. It's amazing. My BF's not vegetarian and he loved it. I have tons of different recipes for beans, if you want to try different types. Let me know. :) I'm happy to share

Lately I've been hooked on Bob Harper's Yoga for the Warrior. It's not as (what's the word I'm looking for...) sweat-inducing maybe? LOL as his other DVDs or even Jillian's Yoga Meltdown but it's still a good workout.

I do it quite a regularly. I really like it. For today (the 8th) I have 80 points left of my sodium..however I noted in my dairy that I just picked a generic homemade raisin bread, I didn't upload my own recipe which I ad NO salt or even Sugar too so I probably have a bit more than 80 left. How did everyone else fair?

Large bag of potato chips...doesn't matter the flavored, if I see it, it doesn't stand a chance of surviving. Full package of chocolate coated pretzels.. and I felt so sick afterward.
