check out "Oh She Glows". Her blog is amazing. Loaded with recipes and help and she has a cookbook out as well. It's the holy grail of my kitchen. Even my meat eating boyfriend enjoys the recipes in there.

Honestly, I never do the meal plans. I did P90X without the plan and this one I'll do without the meal plan as well. Like was already said they call for weird ingredients that the average person doesn't keep around, and they are never tailored to vegetarians.

This is exactly why I don't allow myself a "cheat" day. I allow myself small treats every couple days. Maybe a hand full of M&Ms or a serving of chips. I've tried the "cheat" day and I screwed it up every time. Find a system that works for you and stick with that.
