Luray Caverns is a must! Not really much in the line of rafting....there are some great rivers to float down, though! Also, VA has some beautiful wineries. Charlottesville for good food and relaxing.

For me, a minimum of 35 minutes but I aim for 60 minutes, four to six times a week. I always do 30 minutes on one machine (usually intervals on an elliptical) with a 5 minute cool down.
