I HATE fast food, I really do, (Well I <3 Subway) but I also LOVE ice cream ( = If I could replace all of my meals with dairy queen and lose weight well that would just be ****ing perfect!!

My Husband wants to lose about 40 pounds but its so easy for him, He is very active with his regular job and he also plays drums in a band so that's excellent exercise. We were working out together a few days a week but he is in the process of starting up his own business so it's been crazy busy!
