rotissorie chicken, veges, nuts, cheeses One of my fav meals is a bagel with plain cream cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, (or any other veges you want), chicken (optional), with a little mozzarella cheese. Toast the bagel, then put the other things on top of it, and stick in a toaster oven until the cheese on top melts.

My favorite camping food is hobo pockets. It's chicken (or hamburger), potatoes, carrots, onions, butter, salt, pepper, and anything else you want all stuck in tin foil and folded up and cooked over the fire. That's an idea from the 4 Hour Body by Tim Ferriss. That's the name of the book he wrote about his diet. I havn't tried it, but some people say it helps them loose weight. Search for 4 Hour Body in the topic boards and you'll find a lot about it.

You could bring pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds to snack on, takes some work to eat those : )

One of my friends had to stop drinking coffee for health reasons. She replaced it with tea and it helped her with the transition.

I try to make dieting more about being healthy than trying to look a certain way. I find that when I'm not obsessing over how I look or how much I weigh I feel better about myself and just feel better in general. It also makes it easier to eat right because I'm not thinking about how it's going to make me look I'm thinking…
