I drink Vodka and Soda water, then add frozen fruit instead of ice. It is super refreshing!! Or I will add lemon/line to the soda water. You can do it with Gin as well and it still tastes good. Normally I am a Rye and Coke girl, but this battle to lose weight has changed my drink! And if I do just need a beer - Bud Light…

I am disappointed in my weigh-in today. I thought I would have lost more, but at least I did have a loss (allbeit a small one). Guess it is time to work harder!

So the sugar challenge was a Fail, but it was a BIG fail - what it did was make me realize just how much sugar I eat everyday! I am now going to really try harder to reduce my sugar count. That being said - I am glad today's challenge is an exercise one. I have a rugby game tomorrow, so Saturday is taken care of. But today…

I strongly suggest making friends on here, they will help keep you accountable and can offer great advice! What works for me may not work for you, but lowering carbs (not…

Your body thinks you are starving it - and is trying to keep hold of everything it can. You should increase your calorie intake. If myfitnesspal says in a normal day you need to eat 1100 calories, then you burn 900 at the gym, you can easily eat another 400 calorie meal in there somewhere and still be much under your daily…

For me, drinking alcohol is one of the hardest parts to deal with when trying to lead a healthy living, healthy eating lifestyle. Because when you choose to drink, it isn't only the alcohol that increases your calories, but the pizza/poutine/fries/etc after the bar that my drunk self can just not say no to! I love having a…
