Congrats on your little angel! Mine will Be 8 weeks this Thursday. It's been a challenge losing the weight but it takes time. I gained a lot of weight as well m, 75 lbs!

Happy Monday! First week I didn't meet the goal but I totally did for week 2. Week 2: 5134 calories burned Week 3: Sunday 491 calories during 45 min of Asylum I'll weigh in on Friday! Hopefully the scale has moved.

I want a heart rate monitor too! My friend has one and he says its hard to believe what the monitor is reading because he burns way more than he thought he was.
