  • if you want to lose a stone in 6 weeks, I'd set my calories at 1200 to start with, and do at least a 1/2 hour of cardio every day (walking briskly is fine). Once this level of exercise is no longer a challenge(2 weeks or so) add in some other exercise for an additional 15-20 minutes...
  • I also have limited exercise to walking (very briskly - 16 minute miles) and swimming. Both great for busty gals!
  • After 15 lbs, I went from a DD to a D cup. Hoping to get to a C eventually (total goal of 60 lbs to lose)
  • Hang in there. Plateaus are perfectly normal, and at 15 pounds, not unusual. Your body has adjusted to your new eating regime, so mixing it up in some way at this point can help.
