My weaknesses are snacking and baking as well!! I've found that this site definitely helps me keep those in track tho (Ive only been on for less than a week)... so hopefully i can stick to it! It makes me think twice though when I have to enter it in on here and see that the treat I ate had MORE calories than I burnt off…

I agree with the cardio.. it just helps tone up everything! Lunges are really good too:)

haha yeah it's all about how you perceive it.... to me skinny is toned and feeling great! so however you wanna put it works! i've been an athlete all my life so i'll never be a little rail (thank goodness). i don't think anything is more beautiful on a woman than toned muscles! but thanks for the warning;)

AMEN! I love me some sweets and once i eat them... i always think. GOSH DANGIT! that was good... but it definitely wasn't worth all the work i put in at the gym! I always have to remind myself...
