I love the Mossa workouts, especially the fight series. I'm not a Jillian fan so my other selections lean towards P90X and the 10 minute series. My gamer tag is Gingerstar16 if anyone wants to connect.

I just got my kit today. You need a light and heavy set of dumbbells or resistance bands. A yoga mat is recommended but not necessary. Ive gotten fixated on walking and using my recumbent bicycle.
