How extreme is the no egg rule? Would that eliminate something like a vegetable slice (grated zucchine, carrot and other goodies in a kind of crustless quiche? I share a staffroom too, but goodness knows what sort of riots there would be if anyone tried to ban canned tuna from it! lol

Lean proteins should become your friends; chicken (skinless), fish, eggs etc. Lots of little meals thoughout the day. Be careful with processed carbohydrates like pasta, but if everything is in balance, including exercise, you shouldn't need to cut even these out entirely.

Maybe add some strenght/resistance training into your exercise as well as the walking?
