  • Thank you! I have learned my lesson! lol I ill not be posting public messages anymore. Thanks for pointing that out. :)
  • We usually people that don't know how to exercise purchase a program that teaches them workouts and/or nutrition.... But you obviously know it all
  • I can see how the "21 Days" in my username looks suspicious. But I was actually looking up recipes for 21 day fix and I stumbled upon this site. I've never even heard of it... But since I have been so thrilled about the 21 day fix I thought I would share my opinion. I don't need to prove anything to you. I know what I…
  • Well you obviously don't need to purchase any workout programs because you already know so much about health and fitness.
  • Your right... it is more than eating healthy. In general, no matter how healthy you eat, it is very hard to eat all of the nutrients that we are supposed to have on a daily basis. I do know that people should not put down the program until fully doing their research and saying that it is simply unrealistic to lose that…
  • When you use the containers, you should dump them on a plate so that you may get an idea of what portion control looks like. After doing it for so long, you can tell without using the containers, which is the ultimate goal. Of course I don't plan on using the 'pretty' containers for the rest of my life, however, for now it…
  • Well whatever I am doing works! Like I said, I lost 15 lbs and I feel great. So If I can be off by approximately 300 calories, lose weight, and feel great, then I'm all for it!
  • Well that's the thing... I don't NEED to count my calories, hence the reason her program is advertised as an easy solution to eating clean without counting calories, using a kitchen scale, or logging your food. That is the reason why most people do not eat clean because it seems like a daunting task that is overwhelming…
  • What do you mean by log my food? Do I have a log of everything I eat after I eat it? No. I don't need one because I stick to my very specific meal plan that I make for myself. Logging my food would be pretty much making a duplicate meal plan, and that just doesn't make any sense.
  • Well I make my meal plan at the beginning of the week, shop, then prepare my food for the upcoming week (which I have never meal planned before this program, so if I can do it, anyone can do it). They have a simple sheet that I can use to mark off which colors I had at which meal. Meal planning and eating clean is not easy…
  • It is what it is. Regardless of how it sounds, I am a regular customer that does not make any money from Beachbody and everything I said in my post is true. I'm sick of 'fitness experts' saying that it is unrealistic. It's discouraging and they are using their status to put false information out there. It's obnoxious. I…
  • I am currently on the 21 day fix program. I am not a Beachbody Coach, nor am I a fitness expert, however, I do want to address the certified fitness experts that are saying that it is completely "unrealistic" to lose 10-20 lbs in 21 days UNLESS you are being unhealthy. I don't know the science behind it, but I DO know that…
  • I completely agree with your post!
